1. Booking and confirmation
Bookings are processed through our online form or by email at [email protected]. Once a place is confirmed, you will receive written acknowledgment. Full payment instructions or invoices (where applicable) will be shared privately and are not handled through this website.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations made seven days or more before a session can be moved to another available date. Shorter notice may result in a reduced reschedule option due to limited bench space. We do not retain unused payments; any credit remains available for future workshops within six months.
3. Health and safety
All participants must follow studio safety instructions. Closed footwear is required. Instructors will demonstrate correct handling of tools and supervise first use. Anyone feeling unwell or uncertain should alert an instructor immediately. Whittlehouse Studio carries appropriate public liability insurance.
4. Conduct and respect
The studio values cooperation and quiet concentration. Disruptive behaviour, use of substances, or unsafe actions may result in early dismissal without refund. Respect for shared tools, benches, and fellow participants is essential for a calm learning environment.
5. Intellectual property
Written materials, guides, and images produced by Whittlehouse Studio remain the property of the studio. You may use them for personal learning but not for redistribution or commercial training without written permission.
6. Data and communication
Participant contact information is managed under our Studio Data Notes. We may email updates about workshops only if consent was provided. You may opt out at any time.
7. Accessibility and adjustments
We aim to accommodate all participants where possible. Please let us know of any access requirements before attending. Our workspace includes ground-level benches and step-free entry.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from participation shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
